I think its a European list. Mid-Ohio and Watkins Glen are missing too. I believe you can submit tracks, cars and times.

COTA, Buttonwillow, Gingerman, Laguna Seca, Las Vegas MS, Pikes Peak, Texas WS (RIP) are all there. Heck, even the smaller Toronto Motorsports Park is there but not the big, historical GP track a couple hours away??
Maybe it’s based on publicly available data, maybe user submissions idk.

Track it somewhere then add the vehicle, track and time. Looks like you can join the site at the right upper icon. Looks like its all user input.
